You are required to have a Unique Student Identifier to undertake this training. If you do not have one, you can get one by going to https://www.usi.gov.au/students/get-a-usi. The USI number that you enter here, will be verified during the enrolment process.

If you are unable to provide a USI now, please obtain one and provide it to Life Training, prior to the conclusion of your training, as it is required for the issuing of certificates.
